    Welcome to: The Cold Lake Rental Accommodations Page

    Please Note: I am not personally involved with rentals at all, BUT the

     information contained herein should allow you to find satisfactory accommodations.

    To help make your search easier I have set up this free rental listings information site that allows landlords to post their own rentals with a picture and contact information at no charge. Prospective tenants may also leave an "Accommodations Wanted" ad specifying their particular needs. 

    This page was designed to assist folks moving into the area that may not be considering buying for any variety of reasons.  In the Cold Lake area most REALTORS® do not have and do not engage in rental information, because landlords generally do not subscribe our services. They handle their own advertising and often just hang out a sign out on their building.  This page has many links and suggestions that should make your search a bit easier as well as supplying the local rental rates as they generally apply in the Cold Lake area. There are also a few informative Alberta Government Publications as well.

    There are only a few standard sources of Rental Accommodation Information in the area. The first is the local Cold Lake Sun Newspaper that publishes each Tuesday. It is available on-line as well as print. The place to check for current rentals is the Classified Ads Real Estate section. Check early because rentals are often taken very quickly.

    The second place I recommend is the City of Cold Lake Website.  They have an excellent housing section that discusses rates and has phone numbers of various apartment complexes as well as phone numbers for services such as gas, power, water, telephone, and cable hook-ups for apartment and single family home rentals.

    The third place I recommend is the Infomall Website for Cold Lake.   They have an accommodations page located in the Trading Post section. You can post a rental required ad as well as a rental unit ad there also. (Similar to my site.)

    That being said, I have taken the liberty of providing photos, addresses and contact numbers of most local area apartment and 4-plex accommodations for your convenience. The units listed below are the major providers, but there are still a variety of other single family, semi-detached and basement suites that private owners and landlords rent out. These are usually advertised in the local Cold Lake Sun Newspaper but hopefully landlords will soon list their available rental vacancies here.

    All ad's are monitored and the original entrants are able to delete their ad once a vacancy or enquiry is filled. It is important to make note of your personal delete code when entering your listing as it will be required when you wish to remove it.

    Please Note:  Posting of an ad is only allowed if you have a current vacancy or one that is becoming available within the near future. Posting of an "Accommodations Wanted" ad by a viewer is also acceptable. More instructions on this process are contained in the help file on the input listing page. (All Very Easy)
