LYLE'S SERVICES In a traditional real estate transaction, the realtor is usually compensated for his or her work by being paid a commission based on the selling price of the property. While Lyle certainly provides these traditional services he also can provide the following services: • Buyer Brokerage: Where a buyer retains the agent [Lyle Melanchuk] by way of a written agreement to find real estate which the buyer may be interested in purchasing or leasing and to assist the buyer in negotiating the terms of the purchase or lease.
• Consulting: When doing renovations and you want
market impact feed back, when you want to sell your home on
your own but would like the advice and help of a professional
realtor to assist in some aspects of the sale, or if you're
buying a private sale but want someone to provide advice &
protect your interests.
